In In 2017, Mary had an idea. Bringing a home cooked meal back to the restaurant scene. With growing food restrictions, lifestyle and eating habits rapidly changing, she knew her focus was to feed the soul. Offering gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly meal options in addition to the regular menu, there is something for every taste.

Feeding Your Soul Café opened it's doors on September 13, 2017 and has continued to grow with eat in, takeout, delivery and off site catering options. Using only the freshest ingredients from local producers and our café garden located onsite.

Mary Greenwood
With many years in the restaurant industry, three children and many grandkids later, cooking is what Mary and her team do best. She welcomes all guests in her café with a warm smile and a laugh that is contagious.
